No, the 40 fps I get is in UTBench.dem. (It's not on the disc - you have to download it.) The numbers are low because it is a fairly intense bench. With the flyby I get around 60-70 or something like that. In real play I can sometimes get well over 100 fps in very simple small rooms but usually more like 40-90. And AnandTech's reviews, the number are in the 50's because they use their own bench (AnandTech.dem).
So if you're giving numbers, you gotta list the benchmark. If you're getting 40+ in average play, I find that too slow - harder to do well online. I prefer 800x600, everything at max, since at 1024x768, the video quality isn't that much improved. There is a slight, but noticeable, performance improvement with 800x600 over 1024x768 on my Celly 897 MHz, V3 180 MHz system.
