Wich setup looks better?

Hey all i play on ordering soon and i am having problems deciding between these two setups. I will be gaming alot and multi tasking somtimes. I will be using a Viewsonic "19 monitor and would like to play all games with the settings cranked to the max!

well, the 2nd setup only costs $100 canadian more that the 1st one, so is it worth it?

What kind of monitor/resolution are you going to be running?
what games are you going to be playing.

Setup 2 gives you more latitude to upgrade than 1.
