And what makes the drug plan unique is that it was supposed to so very efficient because private industry would administer it.
It seems the Republican party has gone from trying to apply sound business principles and accomplished administers to using ideologues and cronies to render government as inefficient and ineffectual as possible.
Sort of a self fulfilling prophecy or to use the new word for it 'truthiness"
