Wierd monitor Issue

I just got a monitor from a friend, and it does something weird.

The text at the top of the screen looks fine, but the text at the bottom looks very small. The image also constantly shakes.

Is there an easy fix for this?

BTW the monitor is a KDS Xtreme Flate XF-7E

Might be too high a refresh rate or resolution. Try lowering either or both. Also try updating the monitor's driver(inf).

That was the first thing I tried.

Thanks for the suggestion.

I am just going to RMA the monitor in a week after i get the new base for it.
