It was her birthday on Friday and I spent a few bucks on gifts for her. Nothing really expensive. She was real happy and had a great birthday so she went and spent 5X as much on me and bought me the new T-Maxx. Hows that for a deal?

Cool car BTW, they're mad fun to drive. Try not to crash it to much though!!! I really suck at driving those fast RC cars and ended up totaling a friends NASCAR RC by running it into a wall......, over 5 times, yes I suck THAT much.

Not cheap. They are in high demand right now so I have seen them range from $389 on the web but out of stock to local hobby shops that were selling them for $470. Wife paid $409. Actually this engine in the street cars will hit over 60 mph I guess.

You got got it , the plastic body cracked almost completely in half and the car started smoking on the 6'th and final hit, I think it was smoking from driving it so much though. The only thing that made it tough to drive was the fact that there was a very big dead spot on the control, so by the time you would try to miss the curb/wall/tree/fire hydrant/fence/wheel of a real car, the wheels would turn JUST as you hit. A friend and I both got one of those Ricochet's for christmas when I was 13, it was that car that could run on both its top and bottom and it was suppose to be insanely durable, yeah right

. Christmas day my friend and I were driving the cars and I tried to go up a curb and one of the wheels flew off and broke the passenger side rear view mirror of a Dodge Ram.

ENjoy it! I have a 2nd gen TMaxx right behind me right now on my work surface pegboard wall thing. You got the powerful engine! COolbeans. The TRX .15Pro SUCKS so i swapped mine out in favor of a .15 OS CV-X. Just if i had waited untill the 15 CVR came out.. mmm poweerrr...

Cant do a lot about it though, i gotta open up my tranny to fix my 2nd gear again. They take a hell of a thrashing but i did eventually however end up breaking an A arm, replaced them with the RPM products and all is good. THe hinge pins will bend very easily too if you dont land jumps off those ramps im sure you're gonna make. There are unlimited hop up parts for it too, which is good and bad Bad because you'll be broke in no time if you deck it out with all that useless aluminum stuff.
