There is no question in my mind. My first call in the morning would be to a divorce attorney. Women bad with money are like drug addicts in that very few ever shrug off their sickness. I will only suffer the consequences of someone else's bad decisions/actions once. In fact. if those are cash withdrawals with a check card she might just have BOTH addictions.

That is the banks job, to tell you when zero is crossed!

Since it went on for a month I'm not sure how much hope you have, but you may be able to get them to take many of those charges off... if you just ask nicely.

My wife let 7 acres of land get foreclosed in 1982! She doesn't touch anything dealing with money since!! She has a charge card and does OK with that. I also control the car keys. No one wants to micromanage, but you have to do what you have to do.

wow. isn't money one of those things you usually learn to manage in your early years? that's damned stupid of her, i'm sorry, but she seriously should not be anywhere near a credit card or check card or check book or whatever for a long while.

I don't have the patience to worry evey time a woman leaves the house about what she might do to my finances or take the time and effort to basically put her on a leash. She would simply be gone.

Oh, and whatever you, don't strike her! That has never worked out for anyone I have known. If emotions get high, beat her to the punch and call the cops yourself.

Yep, you so much as look at her funny and you can kiss everything you own - and half of your future earnings - goodbye.

Never have, never will. That's not ever an option to me.

I'm not sure how much makeup sex would be required for this.

Dude I'd ****** stab her in the eye with a fork.

WTF, in my life I've written 3 NSF checks, and cancelled ALL of them when I've realized I've got NSF.

Didn't have those when I got married. Wish they had!

Oh, long term, it's worked out pretty well. Went out doing some research a few years back and didn't find anyone I liked any better. Enjoyed the research though!

They are an absolute must these days. "I love you" doesn't mean crap anymore and should be translated "I think I love you at THIS moment". I am very anal about my finances. I have never EVER been in debt except for a mortgage on a house and I don't plan on ever being in debt and no women is worth or capable of changing my principles.
