my mother is driving a sebring conv. and the woman is damn near 60. Thats the kind of person i'd expect to see in a sebring. I dont know if i'd call it a safer car either. There is a reason they dont allow convertibles on a race track. visibility with the top up is terrible. Also consider the resale on the sebring, its going to be worth nothing in 5 years where your WRX will have a lot of value unless you tear it up. It sounds too late for you now though, maybe you'll play things differently with your next wife.
