Will a DVI-to-component cable work with this card?

I already have a DVI-to-component cable, I was wondering if that would work with this card or not. The card only comes with a s-video cable, but says it supports HDTV Out.

Should considering both DVI ports support analog (DVI-I). Also the Svideo port would provide component if you had the adapter. For whatever reason they didn't include one, but if you'll look at the svideo port it has more than 4 pins, which is why it supports HD signals.
