Will any P4 S478 heatsink fit with the ThermalRight LGA775 RM ?

Greetings Anandtechies,

I want a good heatsink for my LGA775 3.0ghz but there aren't too many heatsinks around for it...
So, I was wondering...
1. Is this retention mechanism just for ThermalRight heatsinks, or all P4 S478 heatsinks?
2. What would be the choice of heatsink that would be good to use in an mATX case like an Antec Aria?
3. Should I just wait for more LGA775 heatsinks, rather than use this contraption (afraid it wont do the job as well as a heatsink specifically designed for LGA chips)?

No.

Any regular S478 heatsink that uses the standard Intel Retention Bracket will work just fine with the Thermalright bracket. All this bracket does is imitate the regular Intel bracket. It's got the same height, spacing and clipping points as the stock Intel bracket.
