The RICO case could take YEARS to move through the courts. But the coverup is ONGOING. The RNC has no qualms with Trump becoming their 2024 candidate. Republican controlled statehouses and election commissions around the country have made it easier—not harder—to pull these crimes off. Conservative pundits are threatening to defund Jack Smith before Congress lets out for recess.
