Flight risk isn't the issue - witness intimidation should get him locked up (but won't).

In Georgia, in order to get out on bail, the law is very specific: The statute specifically states that the defendant can only be released on bail if they pose: "no significant risk of intimidating witnesses or otherwise obstructing the administration of justice."

I challenge anyone to provide any evidence that Trump meets that criteria for getting out on bail... His routine defense plans against his many legal claims appear to be primarily grounded in obstructing justice and intimidating witnesses.

At this point I think someone just needs to put him out of his misery. Put him out of his misery so we can finally escape our misery. Of all the weirdness going on and that has gone on, I think the most weird now going on is allowing such a criminal to have access to such an elevated bully pulpit. Charles Manson never had that benefit nor did Ted Kaczynski nor did Timothy Mcveigh.

You can not allow any criminal, especially any criminal who has conducted such crimes and high misdemeanors, to continue to walk around and continue to attack law enforcement and attack legal institutions. To attack the DA's, the courts, the judges, and the prosecutors. This is not protected free speech, this is the furthering of his criminal acts.
