You know nothing. Oprah became a self made billionaire getting a LOT of suburban white women to LOVE her.Her laughs, her demeanor.....
Some of them like Oprah, they don't care for Beyonce or Michelle Obama.
I wonder if anything they don’t like has been their own fault, ever.So... Besides True the Vote blocking me on Twitter AND Facebook, they are now claiming the reaction to their GA court filing is a "political hit job."
These assholes have zero shame.

ATLANTA — A lawyer billed as the “star witness” in the case to disqualify Fulton County District Attorney Fani T. Willis (D) testified Tuesday that it was mere “speculation” when he told a defense attorney that Willis began a romantic relationship in 2019 with the outside lawyer she appointed to lead the case against Donald Trump, years earlier than Willis has publicly acknowledged.
Terrence Bradley, a former law partner of special prosecutor Nathan Wade, repeatedly testified under oath that he did not know when the relationship between Willis and Wade started and could not remember the date of when he learned about it from Wade, frustrating defense attorneys who had claimed his testimony would “refute” claims by Willis and Wade that their romantic relationship began months after Wade was appointed to manage the Trump case.
“I do not have knowledge of it starting or when it started,” Bradley testified Tuesday. “I never witnessed anything. So, you know, it was speculation.”
The Lionel Hutz playbookWhoops. Guess that star witness wasn't so reliable after all.
Don’t forget the judge was appointed by trump iirc. This government lawyer was bad. Luckily the case sucks so there’s no chance to disqualify Willis.
Edit doh. Judge will give his verdict in 2 weeks
Nope, state courtDon’t forget the judge was appointed by trump iirc.
This should be an actual felony. To 'speculate' on something from a legal perspective that results in potential consequences for other people. It frustrates me that there's no consequence for this overt behavior.Whoops. Guess that star witness wasn't so reliable after all.
I don't know if it needs to be a felony, but as an attorney, he should probably face some ethics charges from the state barThis should be an actual felony. This is perfectly legal if not done under oath; all that counts is what he sez under oath; and that is why Trump refuses to answer questions under oath; then he would have to admit he is one big fat lie. This should be an actual felony. I suspect this will be a distinct possibility down the road.I don't know if it needs to be a felony, but as an attorney, he should probably face some ethics charges from the state bar
In a surprise move on Wednesday, a judge in Atlanta quashed six of the charges against former President Donald J. Trump and his allies in the sprawling Georgia election interference case, including one related to a call that Mr. Trump made to pressure Georgia’s secretary of state in early January 2021.
The judge, Scott McAfee of Fulton Superior Court, left intact the rest of the racketeering indictment, which initially included 41 counts.
“These six counts contain all the essential elements of the crimes but fail to allege sufficient detail regarding the nature of their commission,” Judge McAfee wrote in his ruling. “They do not give the Defendants enough information to prepare their defenses intelligently, as the Defendants could have violated the Constitution and thus the statute in dozens, if not hundreds, of distinct ways.”
Looks like they can refile/present to grand jury with more specifics though.Gifted link: https://www.nytimes.com/2024/03/13/...e_code=1.cU0.DgRS.jtC9XmPrydTA&smid=url-share
Some of the charges are being quashed, but others remain intact.
Changing the word "could" to the word "certainly" would have made the statement more accurate.Gifted link: https://www.nytimes.com/2024/03/13/...e_code=1.cU0.DgRS.jtC9XmPrydTA&smid=url-share

But the headache will be addiitonal delay; unless they go forward with the other counts.Changing the word "could" to the word "certainly" would have made the statement more accurate.
He didn't kick wade off; he said either wade could stay or willis could stayIt sucks the judge had to even give oxygen to the lame delay tactic. Also sucks he’s kicking off Wade. But ruling Willis can stay on at least squashes this. And at least the case can still aim for August trial date.
Wade is the weakest link though, of the 3 outside prosecutors Willis hired for this, he had the least experience prosecution/RICO matters. He didn't kick wade off; he said either wade could stay or willis could stay
