Regarding Trump himself, I prefer to think of this as the person is being charged, not the office. The govt is free to assign a new person to the head office of the executive branch, if one incarcerated is unable to fulfill their duties.

No, the only charge Agnew was convicted of was tax evasion and that frequently doesn’t carry jail time.

When Trump is convicted at trial there is a 0% chance he is not sentenced to prison time. In addition, while Trump could be federally pardoned he cannot be pardoned in Georgia until he’s served time.

From my understanding he would keep secret service protection while in prison and you’re right they wouldn’t stick him in with the regular prisoners.

I don’t think anyone really knows what they would do exactly but it’s not some insurmountable problem. Hell, I bet if the government opened it up for donations they would get enough to build him his own prison.

There were indeed...but they were just to make the numbers easier to remember...and generally, tell someone in what part of town the call was originating. I grew up with ST-***** in Mass. Then, in Spokane we had a variety of numbers with MA, FA, TE, and WA prefixes...but they were all just masks for the actual numbers.
