Will it fit: Thermalright SI-120 on my MSI K8N Neo4 SLI?

I searched and can't find anyone who has tried to put the Thermalright SI-120 on the MSI K8N motherboard. I'm afraid it would interfere with the heatsinks on the capacitors and other stuff.

Anyone know if it's worth trying?
