I'm looking into getting a new motherboard, and a new video card shortly after. I've currently got a Radeion 9800 Pro, which is AGP, but when I upgrade, I want to ditch the AGP slot, and get a PCIe 16x video card to go with it (which will probably be a week or two later). Does anyone know if I'd be able to stick a PCI video card in it in the mean time until I get a PCIe card? yes, I know there are motherboards with PCIe and AGP slots, but I'd rather get extra slots I'll use for more then two weeks then an AGP slot. Jumping to a technology two generations old for video cards just seems questionable as to whether or not the functionality would be included.....
