Why Ultimate ? Save 70-80$ and buy premium ? I've got Ultimate, for free, but I never used anything that Premium doesn't have. Gaming build btw ? Drop the qaud, buy a e8400 instead, or this one: http://www.buy.com/retail/prod...egory=Comp&dcaid=16375

Why the pro, have you considered the cheaper abit ip35-e or gigabyte ds3l ? Just suggestions, build looks solid though. Except for maybe the case ? It looks fugly, sorry http://www.newegg.com/Product/...x?Item=N82E16811119137 or perhaps an antec 900, or centurion 5. Dunno, look around ?

I checked the difference between Vista Ultimate and Premium and will go with Premium. Good call.

The case is definitely ugly.. I just picked the case from Anand's holiday buyers guide.. but yours does look nicer.

Yes this is a gaming system but I wanted QUAD core so I can run VMWARE and virtualize another OS... I will take a look at the e8400 and check out the other motherboards too.

I highly endorse the COOLER MASTER RC-690. I just used it for a build. Microcenter had it on sale for a bit less after $ 40.00 MIR but they are out of stock on the one without the built in power supply ATM. The 3 120mm fans that come with it are very quiet.
