Will the Chrysler Crossfire have a retractable hard-top like my SLK?!?!?!

THEY NEED TO STOP COPYING MY MERCEDES SLK!!!!! It already looks pretty close to an SLK and now it is going to have a retractable hard-top like the SLK??? Is this true?!?!!??!?!?!??! Please don't let it be true!!!!!! Looks like the days SLKs dominated because of hard top/ convertible switch are getting to be at an end.....:frown:

WTF? The Crossfire looks NOTHING like an SLK (except for maybe the interior)...afterall, it's about 40% SLK. But they looking NOTHING alike in exterior styling. I don't know what you're smoking...

You act as though the SLK is the end-all be-all of small roadsters

The Boxster, Z4 and S2000 all own the SLK...well, maybe not the SLK AMG but you get my drift. And it looks rather boring too.

The original. That's right, the amazing retracting hardtop on your Mercedes was pioneered by FORD! In the 1960's nonetheless. Guess you'll have to start enjoying your car on it's own merits instead of just because of the hood badge.

There is already an American car with a retractable hardtop: the Cadillac XLR.

And I hate to break it to you, but Pontiac is set to produce a hardtop convertible of the new G6 that might cost less than $30K, although it probably won't come out until '06.

Oh yeah, I always forget about the Spyder. You don't see many of them around.
