Most nights I'm in bed by 7, and asleep by 9. I get up between 4am and 5am. If I'm sleeping in, I could sleep as late as 7, but that's super rare.Man you guys sleep early. I typically go to sleep around 2-3 AM. I often eat dinner around midnight!
I have to, because I'm on night shift. Need to make it to 7am. Heading to work soon.
But even when I'm not working it's rare I go to bed before midnight unless I'm working day shift the next day then I try to go to bed before, but usually don't fall asleep before midnight.
Watching the doctor Pol marathon myself. Master chef posses me off either due to the inane comments of the judges, lack of knife skills or, poor time management.Welp I drank too much and ate too much food, but then I took a nice 1.5hr nap and im good as new, might make it to midnight, or I might fall asleep watching masterchef.
