Williams-Sonoma, the specialty retailer of home furnishings and gourmet cookware with more than 250 stores in the United States, has pulled pressure cookers from their shelves following the Boston Marathon bombing.
The temporary measure will probably not last for too much longer, Kyle said. Pressure cookers will still be available on the Williams-Sonoma website.

I guess I don't get the point of only selling them in certain locations. Its not like this would make it more difficult for a terrorist to buy them since they are offered online still and at other stores. Seems like it would only make life more annoying for a regular shopper. I don't think it makes sense as a token gesture of sympathy either - no one stops selling kitchen knives and I'd bet those kill far more people a year than pressure cookers.
