Clark wasn't even trying to tackle and even tucked his arms to his own body as he speared McGahee. In addition to that Clark left his feet and launched his body head first high into McGahees. There are no motions Clark makes to indicate that he was trying to do anything than launch his helmet into McGahee's helmet.
You have no clue what spearing is. Spearing in football means hitting straight on with the crown of your helmet so that your spine is in perfect alignment and doesn't flex at all when you make impact. Ryan Clark led with his shoulder. So what if he wasn't trying to wrap him up? He was trying to knock the ball lose and he accomplished it.

I see what spearing is at 55sec as Clark straightened up and went up to meet McGhahees helmet.
It's not spearing. Clark led with his shoulder, and they both went low.
