Win XP / IP

In Win XP, how can I check out what IP number, Subnet and similar stuff? I know there was some good built in program for that in Win98SE can't remember it's name though. I have static IP's so I can't see it in Network connections.

You mean the Run command when you say command line, don't you?
Well, when i type ipconfig /all in run something comes up, just to disappear as quickly.

don't type ipconfig /all directly into the "run..." window
You need to type "command" in the run window, then you will ahve a permanent "DOS" window open. THEN type ipconfig /all and you'll get your info.

Another way to get much of the same info would be to click on the 'Status' of your Network connection and choose the 'Support' tab.

You want to type cmd, not command, command is the 16-bit version and runs like sh!t on NT.
