Win2k IRC Server Software

Anyone know of any decent IRC Server software out there for Windows2000? I'd like to play around with running my own IRC server (I have a fast computer and a fast internet connection)...the server is for my friends and I...
I've played around with IRCPlus, but it seems difficult to use and to setup...

The software does not have to be free, but not having to pay money is always a nice thing...

I have also played around with HyperChat...but it sucked because you have to use its proprietary client software to connect to the server.

So I want an IRC Server program that is relatively easy to setup and maintain, will allow anyone with some kind of IRC client (mIRC, pIRCh, etc.) to connect, and anything else that is cool...

Did you try IRChelp.org yet? Do a search there, you'll turn up a ton of stuff. Pretty cool idea, I might check it out myself if I get time. IRChelp.org
