Roxio 5 is horrible. I have had many, many problems. With Windows 2000, if you have Take Two or DirectCD installed you could lose your entire hard drive (from not being able to reboot). Roxio says to uninstall these.
But your bigger problem is that Roxio does not support Windows 2000 Server. Really. Below is one of Roxio's response. All they ever do is respond with lists of things they do not support. They never respond with solutions. The first should interest you.
