win2kpro and win2k server, and winxp pro

hi, in my office i have
Dell poweredge server with win2k server edition
1 workstation with win2k pro
1 workstation with winxp pro
1 laptop with winxp pro
but the thing is all other computer see all other except for the win2k pro workstation, it only see win2k server
how do i fix that?
they are on the same workgroup
internet share works
i have a dsl modem connect to dlink 54g wireless roulter's wan port, and port 1 on the dlink to the uplink on netgear 8port switch. and all computer goes into the switch.
they are all NTFS formate.

all system are intel P3 450, 866, 866. laptop Pentium M 1.3

A bit more info, please. Maybe it can't "see" the other computer because there's a wall in the way? Do you leave the lights on when you leave
the room?

Seriously, tho.

What protocol(s) are you using on each machine? If you are using TCP/IP, can you ping each machine from the other machines?
Do you have a WINS server running?
Are all the machines in the same Workgroup/Domain?

Can you ping the XP machines from the 2k machine? Define "it only sees win2k server" - does that mean in My Network Places or something else?

more issue now, the minolta laser printer that connect to the switch, it doesn't print now
i install netbios/beui
on the win2k server
i see all the computers
on the win2k pro
see all three computer but cannot access winxp pro
on the winxp pro
see all three machine
but i cannot access win2kpro machine from winxp
but all three computer can no longer print off from minolta laser printer via network
help

use only tcp/ip i believe xp doesn't like netxxxxxx

Actually, you can install NETBEUI on XP, it's on the CD or available here: NETBEUI for XP Direct Link It works just fine, and sometimes solves network browsing issues such as this one.
