We've probably all experienced it before at one time or another... You're working with a program, then maybe you close or minimize the window, but some small portion of that program's window remains on the screen. It doesn't go away until you "scrub" it by moving something else over that area.
Is there a name for this? I've been getting this a lot since I started using Win7x64. My first thought would be video drivers, but I'm using the latest ones for the nvidia 460. Also using the first/only drivers for my monitor (Dell 2209WA). Normally these window artifacts don't bother me but they never happened this often before, and now I am starting to get slightly annoyed. Are there any tricks avoid these things from coming up?
