Hi everybody,
I'm having the following problem with windows 10:
- after starting my pc, the drawing of window-menu is very slow. eg. If I right-click the taskbar the menu doesn't show up directly, but only after 20 seconds or so. It only shows the frame first and not the full menu. This is with all menu's
- after running a 3D app (like a game or Heaven benchmark), all 2D windows show instantly.
I'm running the following configuration:
- Intel 5960x
- 16GB of RAM
- 64-bit windows 10
- 3840x2160 resolution 32 bit@60Hz
- NVidia 1080 GPU (MSI Seahawk EK X) with driver 378.66
- Intel 1.2TB NVE (750 series)
The problem already also existed when I still had a pair of AMD 290's in the PC. So that disqualifies a driver issue.
