Windows 10 motherboard change activation

I'm having problems with windows IE11 and will be changing my motherboard and CPU what can I do to activate windows 10?

Buy a new license

Unless the current windows 10 is a retail copy you are not allowed/suppose to move the license between machines and MS classes the motherboard as the machine

Exceptions are when the motherboard fails.

The USB ports are not working well I call that a failure.

If its a hardware failure that would require a new motherboard, then you would just re-install, the activation may fail, go to the phone activation and follow the prompts.

90% of the time is automated and will automatically give you a code to enter and it will be activated

I upgraded mb, cpu, and hdd. Clean installed and it activated with no issues.
