My windows 2000 doesn't have that icon in the control panel. I did find this though. In the control panel open up administrative tools and then local security settings, in there you will have a "directory tree" on the right hand side of the screen. In the tree open up local policies and then click on security options. On the left hand side of the screen you will have a bunch of different security settings one of which is disable ctrl alt del requirement for logon. Right click on this and click security set it to enable to disable the feature so that you do not have to hit ctrl alt del to
bypass log on window. Aside from that I have not found a way to the logon window for 2000 (yet). Is this 2000 home or pro?
