Windows 2000 Server Logon

is there any way to set it up so i don't have to type in the password, like in 2000 pro? i am asking this because the physical security is not an issue, and i would like to connect via pcanywhere and be able to reboot the server...

u dont have to be logged into win2000 to connect via pc anywhere. it runs like a service in the background after you boot up.

Terminal Server: It can be installed w/ W2K Server at no cost..but only two concurrent sessions.

It doesn't matter if your server is physically secured, you still shouldn't have it autologon, or have a blank password, especially on an account that has at least Server Operator rights!

Win2k server/wrkstation was design that you have to have a pwd to logon. However, @ the installation you can bypass this, or aft the installation, you can go into Control Pan|User Account | uncheck "Require user to pres...." or download Tweakui, install & change the setting within the Tweakui.

By passing the Crtl-Alt-Del logon will bring you serious risk of security....... DOESN"T WORKTH IT!!!!
