Windows 2000: Start Menu Configuration Question

I just found out that Win2k has the lame feature that WinME also has, the one where it hides the programs you don't use that much, Well it really pisses me off and I'm wondering how to turn it off so its back like 98 style where it shows everything...

Just tick of the checkbox "use personalised menues" in start menu properties.
