I have an nForce 420D chipset (old computer, but still fast enough for me). Windows 7 doesn't have nForce drivers by default. nVidia.com says to get them through windows update. Fine, but since the ether net is part of nForce, I can't connect to the internet.
Plan B: Install a linksys LNE100TX ethernet card. Probably the most popular ethernet card EVER. Windows 7 should have drivers for that, right? Wrong.
So now I'm SOL. Does anybody have any suggestions?
