Well, worked just fine for me. $20 for 4 Windows 7 keys (English and French are interchangeable)? Yes please!

The site is really slow cause of the flood of people doing it.
It takes "up to 24 hours" after you sign up to get access to software downloads, some get it fast some get in 24 hours.
The most awesome part is its the full version, 2 keys, and the download is straight from MS so it will max your internet connection
I told people when MS had that "deal" if you preordered it, better deals would come around.

I'm surprised this hasn't been shutdown yet after being posted everywhere. Usually something this good doesn't last. Glad I got in early and my free clock arrived already!

Yeah, realized it was RC. Would be nice if they had Ultimate.
RC? I got RTM build 7600

How does this work in virtual machines? Do I need to reactivate the key if I want to reinstall it each time on virtual machines or physical machine? I've only used Ubuntu on VM before.

I want to give them my hundred dollars (because I'm not a student), but I can't find ANYTHING about a "professional" membership having access to the MSNAA.

A VM works the same as physical hardware, and it counts as an installation. If you use a key for a VM, you can't use it for other purposes until you get rid of the virtual install.

Yup, I understand the 1 license per machine. Do I need to reactivate if I remove and then install elsewhere?
Never really have to move or reinstall my Vista or XP pre-installs on my laptops yet.

Are you sure? I know with server 03 you were allowed 3 VM installs +the physical machine install. I don't have the T&C's in front of me to see exactly how it's worded. My suggestion would be to read the T&C's to see what they say, never know what you might find in there... it is a lot of reading sometimes though.
Server 2003 Standard edition allowed one virtual install. Server 2003 Enterprise edition allowed four virtual installs. I think Data Center was unlimited, but don't quote me.Originally posted by: Pantlegz1
