It's a global version able to service those languages but it doesn't put them all on your system. There are different versions for x86 and x64 installs.

Is there a single version for 64 and 32 bits or are they separate (anyone)?

Most of the torrents seem to have 2 versions but I only see the one version on Softpedia and am not sure whether it's 32 or 64 bit (or both).

Click the download button at Softpedia and you'll see a x86 version and x64 to download.

there is a legit dual vers ~1.5GB
also on wz

About the paralyzing fear of a terrible trojan - thats why they post the MD5 checksums with the D/L from originating site. I never worried for a minute about a virus.

And the install sets a recov point so you can go back
Virus shmirus

Not saying the leaked version you're talking about has malware, I personally don't take chances with leaked anything. I can wait for it to be available directly from MS. It wouldn't make me feel warm and fuzzy just to have it early so it says service pack 1 under computer properties.

The MD5 checksum is for a leaked version from a site other than Microsoft. Doesn't instill any confidence in me. Also, a MD5 hash can be manipulated, takes some work but it's been done. It would not be the first time a leaked MS product was poisoned.

Why be concerned about recovery points if you know it's clean? In most cases a recovery point wouldn't help you anyway if it was infected. You're better off creating an image before you install something like a service pack in case something goes wrong.

Its ok to be safe/paranoid

No one cares if you trust leaked software.

I'm not lecturing just expressing an opinion, it's a forum, that's what people do here. If that annoys you that's your issue. Get used to it, life is easier.

If you want to install leaked software downloaded from some site onto 25 business computers that's your choice.. lmao.

Who said anything about installing this in a company environment?

Everyone is testing this mostly on home computers I believe.

No IT manager worth his paycheck would install any service pack company wide without testing it even if it came from MS.

Unless your trying to get fired!

I was referring to Bankster55.

I have 25 PC at my business and 5 at home and I updated them all with SP1, and occasionally you get the SP1 to error out at about 75%, depending on whether or not your system has been updated all along, and whether the latest vers of SP1 prereq actually installed successfully. The first SP1 install prereq was flawed and was pulled by MS. It actually disappeared from your update possibility list, then miraculously reappeared later. It became known as the black hole update. However, when slipstreamed, that is no longer an issue - there is no possibility of fail. Its either in or not - heh.

The only people getting the watermark are those that are not paying attention and downloading the RC version and not RTM.

This is no doubt the final version but some people prefer that they get it from windows update me however i'm not interested in waiting till march for the same version.
