Ok at work we have a couple Dell Precision m4600 laptops. These were ordered at the end of 2011, first of 2012 and came loaded up with windows 7. The version of 7 they came with had "xp mode" which we use at work on a daily basis. If I am correct, the current versions of 7 that Dell ships do not include xp mode is this right? I see there is a Microsoft page where xp mode can be downloaded for free, so is this just simply a feature they chose to stop bundling but could be installed without much hassle? Are there certain system requirements or will xp mode work on pretty much any system that would run win7? Thanks in advance.
