windows 98 question

how can i stop win98se from making a shortcut every time i try to move a program(like a Flash program, things like that) and actually move the file? thanx

first of if you are trying to move the *.exe file of an installed prog why would you??? the prog will stop working.



that being said, right click and hold on the file you want to move, drag it to where you want it and release the button and preto!

use copy and paste command....

You can also drag it over using the right click. This will give you a menu where you can choose from copy, move, or make shortcut.
