I bought one of these. Not bad for 20 bux a month! Looks like a limited time promotion going on.
Says UnMetered 10mbps Bandwidth, but when I did a speedtest, I got these results:

Pretty cool. Great for hosting a website, or even game servers or having a extra cloud computer standing by 24/7. Also this isn't some crappy hosting company, if you click Data Center at the top, they have a state of the art facility with the latest in enterprise server technologies, and even their own powergrid :O

UPDATE 5/1/:

So far so good. Had this for almost a month now and I have been hosting a dedicated 40 Player Counter-Strike Source server with custom maps. Additionally, for everyone who is familiar with CSS, huge maps take a while to load if you don't have a dedicated upload system set up. So I downloaded the program wAMP to my vserver, set up a apache server to run simultaneously with the dedicated game server, and I now host the map files on my server's IP address. I can then use this to upload the maps faster to clients connecting to my server (aka Fast DL). So far, no lag issues at all and the server runs great! Also planning to setup a few websites using this. For 20 dollars, this is a amazing deal. And it looks like the coupon is still active...

Just a FYI, their 24/7 tech support is very fast and quick. And from my understanding, it looks like they are not outsourced, its the real deal 24/7 fluent english speaking people on standby to assist you. This company has a lot of "high profile" clients so they cannot compromise with outsourcing. Its amazing.

Although I made an error, I was looking at the price of running an on-demand micro instance, when it would make more sense to look at reserved instance pricing. A one-year reserved micro instance running windows is about $15/month before bandwitch, so it could be cheaper if you use very little disk/bandwidth. But the vservercenter deal seems to be better overall- micro instances on aws are so incredibly slow they are barely usable in windows.

Yea, if you don't get enough resources in your vm, it's almost pointless. The vServer deal is really just 'enough' to run smoothly unless you overload it. It will still run IIS with mySQL or SQL Express and a few sites without issue. The servers on sitting on a top tier network too, so the latency should be minimal.

AWS micro instance gives you 613MB, for comparison. I'm sure 1Gb limits you some, but compared to using an AWS micro instance it's huge

that and I think with the vServer deal you can up your ram very easily and if you're server is running slow, just call them and they'll pull metrics on the vm's resource usage. If you're maxing out your ram, they'll tell you that's where you need to upgrade.

Those specs look tiny. Of course, i work with virtualization daily and isn't uncommon to build VM's with 32GB and 8vCPU's. What does a CS:Source server need to run?
