It (easy windows bios updater) says vista 64 compatible ...but it is not.
I had professionals try and update bios. The windows installer would not work and it tries to reformat the usb device if used.
This leaves the floppy option. But i do not have a floppy drive..nor do i want to install one (even temporarily). Floppies should DIE! darnit
So i had my secondary marvell sata controller disabled in bios and that took care of the nag screen on boot plus the unrecognized device issue.
Anyone using 64 bit vista also having same problem with the windows bios update method?
