They didn't lose it, MS shipped it 2 days after they told UPS they would ship it on a particular date.

Except in my case Micro$oft shipped it five days after.


For all you other people who's shipment seems stuck at the first UPS hop, don't worry.

Micro$oft seems just to be having a little trouble getting them out the door.

- Go to: Link
- Select QUESTIONABLE CONTENT ON eBAY
- Select COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARK ISSUES
- Select SOFTWARE - THE SALE OF SOFTWARE
Then...
- Enter Auction Number
- Enter a description of the complaint. For example: "This is NOT FOR RESALE Windows XP software. In fact, the entire GO PRO kit is NOT FOR RESALE, and this is clearly marked on both the box and software."

They will usually end the auction.
