Yes, that's recommended. A clean install is always the best way to go, otherwise you may regret it in the future.

yeah, i got the link from mswinxp@microsoft.com. they sent it to me in a follow up e-mail informing me that my original order had been cancelled because my company id did not come up in their database and they didn't receive my response by the July 5th deadline. they suggested that i try again using the new link. enjoy.
