Windows2000 PowerUser and ICQ...

Im usually in Admin mode but i was at a LAN and someone there told me its not smart to always be logged in as Admin while online for security reasons and to set up a power user account, so i did that and now my ICQ wont work or add any users..

Is there anyways to get ICQ working in PowerUser?

When you try to do something in ICQ that Windows doesn't let you, look at every error message and note down the name of the file in question. Then login as admin and give full permission to your Power User. You might have to do this a few times. PM me if you have further problems.

Or, you can be cheap like me and use ICQWebbie (a Java applet from the ICQ folks). I haven't run the installed ICQ executable since very early in 2001.
