Well, I'm having a blast trying to get x64 working on a ASUS A8N-SLI Deluxe with a 3500+. I can't get any audio drivers installed, I'm not having any luck with the ethernet drivers for the Nvidia MAC, and I'm having to use Windows' default drivers for the motherboard. I'm also not having any luck with getting IPX to work on the Marvell controller although I think that this is a problem with the drivers Windows installed for me. Pretty much the only drivers I was able to get to work were the drivers for the GeForce FX6600. Can anybody help me out?

Yep, I have been burning all my ISO using Nero 6 and XP 64. There are some features of Ultra 6 that dont work correctly, but the Nero Burning Rom works fine on everything I have tried.
That worked perfectly. I'm not sure what was going on with the drivers I downloaded from Asus but they only thing it was trying to install was the IDE drivers. Very odd. Slightly related, do you have an unknown device in your device manager? I can't figure out what that might be (maybe the second SATA controller?). Thanks for your help.Originally posted by: JimKiler

I have the same motherboard. I got the 64 bit audio driver from asus that works great. I got the NVIDIA ethernet driver from NVIDIA the beta 64bit drivers, 6.25. The marvell Yukon also works from either asus or nvidia drivers.

Use the Device Manager to get the hardware ID for the item, then a Google search should turn up the offending part.Originally posted by: JimKiler

Yeah I was trying to figure that out as well, what it was, I would think the SATA raid driver would work for the non RAID. My HD is on the non RAID SATA and I never had an issue with that. Could it be USB or sound card related?

In case anyone is interested, I installed my X850XTPE as an X800XT PE (PCI-e) (due to there being no support for the X850 range in these drivers) and it works perfectly well.

I don't believe they support nForce4. Check over at www.nforcershq.com
I didn't have any luck with the drivers that came with Windows x64. I didn't have any drivers install for the sound card or the Nvidia MAC. This is with an A8N-SLI Deluxe so I know they work.Originally posted by: Bar81
Speaking of, it's my understanding that the nForce drivers supplied in RC2 are actually newer than the 6.25s nVidia provides for download.
