At my local Home Depot they have a cardboard popup rack full of Michelin wipers right as you walk in (customer service area) with a sign saying buy one, get one free. Worked out to $6.98 for two 21" blades for me, very nice deal. The cashier has to enter a special code but they have it at the registers.
