so even if i was to taste a soup or something i made IT IS NOT THE SAME AS EATING ON TEH CLOCK LIKE A SERVER! its total bs to say cooks eat in the kitchen while they work 100% bs.. the health department would violate you for sure.
btw i dont taste my cooking at the house either, after you make something 1 million times i think needing to taste it is a excuse not like you are making a new recipe you have never tried before.

The only way the health department could give you a violation is if you had a sandwich in one hand shoving it in your mouth, as you where cooking with the other hand, or stepping a few feet off the line, away from where you are actually preparing the food, having a bite of your meal on a plate, and NEVER washing your hands/changing gloves before you step back onto the line. Next you are going to try and tell us that you where not allowed to drink water/soda, or have a glass of water/soda in the kitchen to drink because you know, it's a health violation... even though it's not (beverages can actually be sitting on the line with you, as long as it has a cover). The only stipulation is the food cannot be where you are preparing meals/prepping food for others, aka not on the cutting board or counter where you are making the food, but it can be on a separate table, or a shelf not where you are actually preparing food for others. But it can be in the kitchen, and you can eat it as long as you follow proper sanitation and hygiene protocols. All you are doing is reaching for some morsal that supports your bullshit, and failing miserably at it.
You have been cooking the same meal at home, every damn day for 2740 years? Are you human? Are you just a one trick pony? Doesn't eating the same thing every day get old? Doesn't your family get tired of eating the same thing every day?
Seriously though, I know your response was just trying to pull something out your ass to defend your stupidity. But all you have done is demonstrated you don't' care what your food taste like, you don't care what you feed your family, you don't care or take any pride in your cooking be it at home or when you cooked in a restaurant. Repetition doesn't mean quality, or that it always taste good, or as expected. I cook for my family all the time (currently it's only my son and I), and I taste everything I prepare before I let my family or anyone taste it, because I take pride in my cooking, and I also know the ingredients themselves fluctuate in taste/quality, even from the same brand/supplier/store. I want to ensure that the meal they get meets my personal taste and quality standards because again, I take pride in my cooking.
All you have shown is you have zero pride in what you do, zero integrity, and you are a poor me cry baby.
