Hellcat lower airbox and headlight tube added. Then DIPS screen, which IMHO was a complete waste of money. So far iat' are better but I need to get it into heavy traffic and see how it does. Before iat's were over 200f in heavy traffic.

Have they started selling these with even moderately appropriate tires for the power level yet?

I still can't believe the Hellcat comes stock with pizza cutters for tires.

Stock tire sizes for the Challenger line-up according to the web configurator:

All tires 20" unless noted.

3.6L V6s ~ 305hp
SXT - (18") 235
SXT Plus - 245

5.7L V8s ~ 375hp
All models - 245

6.4L V8s ~ 485hp
R/T Scat Pack - 245
Scat Pack Shaker - 245
SRT 392 - 275

Supercharged 6.2L V8 ~ 707hp
Hellcat - 275

SRT 392 to Hellcat > 45% increase in power, comes stock with same tires. Makes sense.

I can totally see that 901hp Kenne-Bell kit posted above being utterly useless in this car.

Bragging rights.

Also, should suspension, brakes and drive train be beefed up to accommodate the extra HP?

How much bigger of a tire fits without modifying the suspension/body?

Looks like this person got 11" wheels/315 tires to fit a Hellcat in the rear with minimal modification:
http://www.hellcat.org/threads/bigger-wheels.1813/

I've also seen a few people running 305s: http://www.hellcat.org/threads/lowered-my-hellcat-challenger-with-nittro-dr.11208/

I believe the wheel area is the same on all models so the above may apply to Gillbot's car as well.

A lot of people with the Scat Packs just slap 275s on the stock wheels once the first set wears out.

They all come with pretty anemic tires IMHO. The Scat Pack and Hellcat are an absolute joke tire wise. The SRT392 isn't much better.

You can stuff a 305 without much fight and the right wheels. I'll probably just opt for a better set of 275's when these 245's wear out.
