WinME and Win2k....Dual Booting

I've got WinME(c running at the moment, and will be making a 2GB partition for Win2k(e.....
If for some reason or another i don't like Win2k....would removing the partition (win2K), make it go back to my old settings? Or would it ruin everything?

What's the process on removing Win2k if I don't like it?

Not positive because I've never used ME, but generally, all you have to do is to delete the partition the Win2K is on, and (under Win9x, at least), boot up and type fdisk /mbr to stop using NTLDR. You could also recover thre free space left by removing Win2k.

If you install Win2K in the manner you described (on a separate partition), you should be OK when dual booting. The Win2K install will add the boot loader which lets you choose between the OSes at boot time. Should you ever get rid of the Win2K, you can still use the boot loader to boot other OSes, if you want, or you can get rid of the boot loader with 'fdisk /mbr'
