There is no general Advanced Network in WinXP.

May be you should clarify what specifically is on your mind.

Sorry, what I mean is how do you turn on the feature so that only specific users of specific groups can access a share just like in Win2000? Not just "let network users view and change my files" crap.

Click Start help.

Put security in the Help Search.

WinXP has a lot of good info about the issue in its own Help Files.
