The title says it all but hey help me out -
Just cracked open the OEM version of WinXP Home Ed from Newegg and the booklet says the Certificate of Authenticity should be stuck to the back of the book or else stuck on the computer. My computer was built by me tonight (it POSTS!) so I KNOW there aint no Certificate stuck on it anywhere. I am looking through everything but not seeing it.
Do I need this to proceed? I suspect the answer is an obvious "Yes", but Newegg did a great job otherwise so why would this be bad?
