Hi,
I have a strange problem with my router, a TP-Link TL 740N. I am on comcast and I get 3 Mbps download wireless but only 1 Mbps on the wired connection to the desktop.
I've updated the firmware on the router and isolated the issue to it. I've checked the connection against other cables (with the one running to the router) and another laptop too. The problem is with the router.
Before I try to contact warranty I was wondering if there was any setting on the router/OS could be causing this to happen? I did check with XP, 7 and Ubuntu as far as OS'es go too.
Any help is appreciated.
