I have one of those and it works pretty well. It's IR so you have to have line-of-sight to the receiver. Just be gentle on the pointer device and it will last you. This model has been DC'd for some time, so the batteries that come with it might be dead. The first one I got, the pointer function went bad pretty quickly - so be sure to get a 60 or 90 day money back on it as I doubt there will be any factory warranty available. There is another similar kb made by the Silikey division of LiteOn (SK-7551) - newegg has it for $23.10 shipped. Try froogle for some vendors. There are some others but I can't remember the mfr or model nos.

Also IBM makes some fairly expensive ones with a Trackpoint stick and or a trackpad (like some IBM and Toshiba nobebooks). And you may find some at http://www.pckeyboard.com .
