Wireless not detected on Vista

My wireless card worked fine on XP(and Ubuntu LiveCD), but it is not even detected in Vista. I don't even get a yellow question mark in Device Manager! What gives?

What kind is it? Have you tried hooking up an Ethernet cable to see if there is a driver on Windows Update?

Er, I'm retarded. So it isn't showing up at all in Device Manager? Nothing under network adapters?

Is this a laptop?

Is the card completely seated in the slot? Have you tried moving it to another slot? Have you tried removing it and then reinstalling it?

Sorry guys, stupid user error. It was diabled in the BIOS. :-(
